I am an independent non-executive director and strategic adviser with more than 30 years of experience in the Swiss and European financial services industry.
My professional background includes investment fund administration, private label fund services, institutional business development and senior management responsibilities.
Since establishing Get Governance in 2023, I have focused on independent fund directorships, governance advisory and strategic consulting for financial institutions and institutional investors, drawing on practical experience across the investment fund value chain.
I commenced my career in 1992 in a Swiss bank (Credit Suisse) and was later responsible for the fund administration of a Swiss fund management company. Between 2005 and 2012, I worked as a specialist in private label funds for Julius Baer Investment Funds Services. In 2012, I joined Pictet Asset Services to further develop the third-party fund activities and lead the business development in the German-speaking area.
I am fluent in German, English, and French, and a Certified Investment Fund Director (CIFD).

Professional career:
- 2022 – 2024 VP Bank: In my role as Senior Product Manager, I repositioned the asset management offering and established the group-wide Value Proposition Committee.
- 2009 – 2022 Helvetia Group: In my role as Head of Product Management & Development, Asset Management, I developed and implemented new investment products, supported the Swiss Pension Market segment for unit-linked and index-linked products, defined sourcing strategies and structures, made ‘make or buy’ decisions and took charge of service partner management
- Investment Committee & Advisory Mandates: Several years’ experience as a member of investment committees for multi-asset pension solutions (Switzerland, Italy) and on the advisory board of a pan-European property fund
